Who we are

FaceAI is operated by DREALM OÜ (registry code 16760865, Estonia), the data controller. Contact: info@drealm.ee.

What we collect

• The selfie you submit and the analysis generated from it.
• A one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit abuse.
• If you subscribe: your email and payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status, never your card.

How your photo is used

Your photo is used for one purpose: to generate your analysis. It is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing, which does not use it to train models. We do not use your photo to identify you, do not create biometric templates, do not sell it and never show it to anyone else. Your results are reachable only through the private link you receive.

Legal basis

We process your photo on the basis of your explicit consent, which you give before scanning. You can withdraw it at any time by deleting your scan.

Retention

• Photos are deleted automatically after 30 days.
• Analyses are deleted automatically after 180 days.
• You can delete your photo and results instantly with “Delete my photo & results” on the results page.

Processors

• Anthropic PBC — AI analysis.
• Stripe Payments Europe — payments and subscriptions.
• Hostinger — server hosting in the EU.
• Google Ireland Ltd. — website analytics (Google Analytics 4), only with your consent.

Cookies and analytics

We use one strictly necessary cookie to remember an active subscription on your device.

Only if you click “Accept” in the cookie notice, we also use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand how visitors use FaceAI — for example which pages are viewed and whether a scan was completed. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes your IP address and device information; it never receives your photo or your analysis. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data and object to processing. Email info@drealm.ee. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).

Age

FaceAI is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly process photos of minors.
